Aspectos nutricionais na prevenção e no tratamento da osteoporose

Osteoporosis is a global health problem characterized by low bone mass and microarchitectural deterioration of bone tissue with a consequent increase in bone fragility and susceptibility to fracture. Nutrition plays a critical role in reducing the risk of osteoporosis through its effect on all of these fragility factors, especially on the development and maintenance of bone mass. An adequate calcium, vitamin D and protein intake resulted in reduced bone remodeling, better calcium retention, reduced age-related bone loss, and reduced fracture risk. Recent evidence indicates that a healthy dietary pattern including dairy products (mainly fat free), fruit and vegetables and adequate amounts of meat, fish and poultry is positively related to bone health. Furthermore, mineral and vitamin supplementation should be closely monitored by health professionals since it could have adverse effects and be insufficient to ensure optimal protection of bone health.A osteoporose é um problema de saúde global, caracterizada por baixa massa óssea e deterioração da microarquitetura do tecido ósseo, com consequente aumento da fragilidade óssea e suscetibilidade a fraturas. A nutrição desempenha um papel fundamental na redução do risco de osteoporose por seu efeito sobre todos os fatores relacionados à fragilidade óssea, principalmente no desenvolvimento e na manutenção da massa óssea. Uma adequada ingestão de cálcio, vitamina D e proteína leva à redução da remodelação óssea, à maior retenção de cálcio, à redução da perda óssea relacionada à idade e à redução do risco de fraturas. Evidências recentes indicam que uma alimentação saudável, incluindo a ingestão de produtos lácteos (principalmente os desnatados), frutas e verduras, e uma quantidade adequada de carnes, peixes e aves, está relacionada positivamente com a saúde óssea. Além disso, a suplementação de vitaminas e minerais deve ser monitorada de perto, por profissionais de saúde, uma vez que pode ter efeitos adversos e ser insuficiente para assegurar uma eficaz proteção à saúde óssea

Network Orchestration in Reliable 5G/NFV/SDN Infrastructures

In this paper, we elaborate an SDN orchestration solution aiming at the dynamic adaptation of service chain paths thereby addressing high-availability requirements of 5G applications. We present an SDN orchestrator that periodically monitors the availability of the network and, if necessary, promptly adapts service chain paths to recover from congestion events and to preserve network QoS performance of service data flows. Horizontalização dos direitos fundamentais por meio da adequada Ratio decidendi pela argumentação Alexyana

The present study is based on the assumption that applied legal sciences must always seek the fundamental human rights consecration and effectiveness, not only by the Magna Carta's legislative hierarchy in favor of the constitutionalization of private rights, but mainly by the citizen’s improvements effects of social pacification that this applications of such rights generates. Thus, the assumption of the fundamental rights applicability in private relations through the so-called horizontal effectiveness, therefore immediately joining this flow, initially the text presents the theme, in a conceptual way, guided by the rich national doctrine. Also, since this is the object of destination we understand that it is necessary to discuss, even briefly, about the construction of fundamental rights. Subsequently, also through the methodology of bibliographic and descriptive research, this study suggests that the applicability of such rights in the private sphere, either mediate or immediate, when properly grounded through a recognized theory of legal argumentation achieve greater legitimacy in their application. For the accomplishment of the research and elaboration of this article, the deductive approach method was used, based on bibliographic and documentary research techniques, with the consultation on doctrines, legislation and jurisprudence on the theme, adopting the theoretical framework of Rober Alexy was adopted as a way to better adapt the ratio decidendi that law applies.O presente estudo parte do pressuposto de que as ciências jurídicas aplicadas devem sempre buscar a consagração e eficácia dos direitos humanos fundamentais, não só pela hierarquia legislativa da Carta Magna em prol da constitucionalização dos direitos privados, mas principalmente, pelo efeito de pacificação social e melhoria da vida dos cidadãos que a aplicação de tais direitos gera. Assim, já partido do pressuposto da aplicabilidade dos direitos fundamentais nas relações privadas por meio da denominada eficácia horizontal, portanto filiando-se de imediato a tal corrente, inicialmente o texto apresenta o tema, de forma conceitual, pautado pela rica doutrina nacional. Também, entendemos como necessário discorrer, mesmo que brevemente, sobre a construção dos diretos fundamentais, já que é este o objeto de destinação. Posteriormente, também através da metodologia de pesquisa bibliográfica e descritiva, o estudo sugere que a aplicabilidade de tais direitos na esfera privada, seja de forma mediata ou imediata, alcançam maior legitimidade em sua aplicação, quando devidamente fundamentados através de uma reconhecida teoria da argumentação jurídica. Perspectives of fraternity in Brasilian new Migration Law (law 13.445/2017)

O presente trabalho trata da Nova Lei de Migrações brasileira –Lei Nº 13.445, de 24 de maio de 2017–, tendo como aporte a Metateoria do Direito Fraterno, de Eligio Resta, referencial teórico escolhido por analisar, de forma transdisciplinar, o direito. Nesse sentido, questiona-se como se apresentam os dispositivos da Nova Lei, sob o viés da fraternidade e objetiva-se realizar a intersecção entre a Nova Lei e o Direito Fraterno. O trabalho justifica-se pelas intensas migrações na atualidade, com características diversas que ensejam novos estudos na seara dos fluxos migratórios. No Brasil, a publicação da Nova Lei de Migrações significa inovação na política migratória, com reconhecimento de direitos e deveres iguais a brasileiros e migrantes. Este estudo desenvolvese pelo método dedutivo, partindo de aspectos gerais do Direito Fraterno e das migrações, para chegar à legislação migratória brasileira e, em especial, à Nova Lei. Utiliza-se, para isso, pesquisa bibliográfica e documental. SAÚDE MENTAL NO TRABALHO HUMANITÁRIO: o “outro” pela visão do Direito Fraterno.

The human right to health is the bridge to citizenship in realizing individuals’ other rights. In this article, we will analyze the human right to health of the "other" forgotten by humanitarian law: the humanitarian aid workers, who attend emergency situations, saving lives and trying to preserve their own. How are their mental health? What are the mental illnesses that affect them? What are the results of these workers' illness? For this, we will approach the human right to health, based on the General Social Systems Theory (Niklas Luhmann), the Fraternity Law and the Living Law (Eligio Resta).O direito humano à saúde é a ponte para a cidadania ao efetivar outros direitos aos indivíduos. Neste artigo, analisaremos o direito humano à saúde do “outro” esquecido pelo direito humanitário: o trabalhador de ajuda humanitária, que presencia as situações de emergência, salvando vidas e tentando preservar a sua. Como está a saúde mental destes profissionais? A quais doenças mentais são acometidos? Quais os resultados do adoecimento destes trabalhadores? Para isso, abordaremos o direito humano à saúde, a partir do referencial da Teoria Geral dos Sistemas Sociais (Niklas Luhmann), da Metateoria do Direito Fraterno e o Direito Vivente (Eligio Resta)

The land as well common in the memory of brazilian law

O artigo trata da terra, memória e direito com o objetivo de reconsiderar a terra como bem comum da humanidade, as referências jurídico políticas e sociais utilizadas são as brasileiras até a década de 80, pois entendemos que a nova Constituição embora apresente avanços significativos, não é suficiente para enfrentar a complexidade do direito ao bem comum terra. O direito precisa retomar a memória para cumprir sua função de evitar e compor conflitos, ou seja, o direito tem uma função preventiva, deve operar prevenindo e compondo conflitos advindos das mais diversas instâncias, em especial, neste artigo, dos Movimentos Sociais, sem os quais não é possível pensar na terra como bem da comunidade, pois são os movimentos sociais que trazem para o cenário jurídico-político a conflitualidade da sociedade, por isso são sistemas autoreferenciais de comunicação, que se inserem nos sistemas jurídico e político como reação da própria sociedade diferenciada funcionalmente. Assim, constrói-se a ideia de terra como um bem comum da humanidade, passando pela cooperação entre o local e o global.The article deals with land, memory and law with the objective of reconsidering land as a common good of humanity, the legal and political references used are Brazilian until the 1980s, since we understand that the new Constitution does is sufficient to face the complexity of the right to the common good land. The law needs to retake the memory to fulfill its function of avoiding and composing conflicts, that is, the right has a preventive function, it must operate preventing and composing conflicts arising from the most diverse instances, especially in this article of the Social Movements, without which it is not possible to think of the land as a community good, because it is the social movements that bring to the juridical-political scenario the conflict of the society, for that reason they are self-referential systems of communication, that are inserted in the legal and political systems as a reaction of the own society functionally differentiated. Atlas energético ambiental para el partido de La Plata : Comportamiento energético del sector residencial. Análisis de las variables energéticas y socio-demográficas

Este trabajo presenta los avances en relación al proyecto PIP 03009 CONICET, “Atlas energético-ambiental para la región del Gran La Plata. Desarrollo de metodología y aplicación”. Se analiza el comportamiento energético del sector residencial en función de sus aspectos socio-demográficos y su ubicación en el territorio. Estudiar la incidencia de cada variable en la determinación del comportamiento energético en diferentes áreas del territorio urbano nos permite comenzar a establecer patrones de consumo en el marco de una herramienta integradora de un proceso complejo como es el Atlas Urbano Ambiental. Profundizar en el estudio de los vectores energéticos y en las variables socio-demográficas nos permite construir y completar indicadores e índices con el objeto de producir alternativas orientadas a la mitigación urbano-regional a partir de la identificación de vulnerabilidades.This work presents the advances in relation to the project PIP 03009 CONICET, "Energetic - Environmental Atlas for La Plata and its surroundings. Methodology and application development". The Residential sector´s energetic behaviour is analyzed depending on its demographic aspects and its location. To study the incidence of each variable in the determination of the energy behaviour in different urban areas allows us to establish ways of consumption in the frame of an integration tool of a complex process such as the Urban Environmental Atlas.
